We have just heard from the resident that there was a break in during the day in le Roux St on Wednesday 31 Jan. A tv, laptop and some jewelry was stolen. There was a single suspect driving a (possibly) silver Golf. Entrance was gained by forcing the gate and then the doors. It is suspected that this may be related to painters which were employed on the property a few months ago.

Whilst Mamba and SAP were very efficient in attending to the scene it is disappointing for the committee that Mamba did not inform us of the incident. Unfortunately this has also been the case with some of our past incidents.

Do not assume that the committee gets to hear from Mamba or residents about every incident. In future please immediately make use of @ESRCAlert to warn all the residents and email us as soon as possible with any further information or details. The broken communication issues are of a major concern to the committee and hopefully we can resolve this asap.

Remember to always maintain a high level of awareness, especially when you are leaving or entering your home/driveway. Please tell your family and domestic workers to also be on the lookout. Report all suspicious behaviour to Mamba control room (tel number below) and warn the residents using @ESRCAlert.
