Recycling Initiative
One of our residents is trying to implement a formal recycling project (for all recyclable material) in our suburb.  If you are interested please read about it at the following link
All relevant documentation and contact details are stored on this link. Jenny’s contact details can also be found here.  If you have any queries please contact Jenny directly as Mamba and the Closure Committee members do not have sufficient knowledge to answer any queries.
Ronnie Bags
There have been issues with the hawkers and the collection of paper (Ronnie Bags) by MPACT.  Many of you will probably have seen the flyers that MPACT distributed today and posted in our letter boxes. The hawkers are picking out cardboard from the bags and the amount of recycling material that MPACT collect has dropped significantly.  MPACT say they may not be able to continue with this service if this continues.
It is not possible for MPACT to change their collection day so they have asked if we can put out our Ronnie bags after 12.00 pm on Wednesday.  All contact details for MPACT were provided in the brochures they distributed.
Sunday Times –
The Sunday Times Newspaper is delivered to our booms with compliments from Elizabeth Daniel from Pam Golding Properties. There are occasions when the delivery of these papers is late or does not arrive from the Sunday Times itself. Please do not direct your complaints to the security guards, please kindly contact Elizabeth on 082 767 0345 for all queries regarding this matter.
Remember to always maintain a high level of awareness, especially when you are leaving or entering your home/driveway.  Please tell your family and domestic workers to also be on the lookout.  Report all suspicious behaviour to Mamba control room (tel number below) and warn the residents using @ESRCAlert.
