We have had some positive news over the last few days –

The outstanding balance of R7500 for our guard hut replacement at gate one has been sponsored by Charles Seethal of  First Trust SA.   A big thank you to Charles from the Committee and residents of our suburb.
We have taken on several new contributors over the last month and for the first time in a few months our revenue exceeded budget.  It was by a few thousand Rand but hopefully this is a sign of better things to come.    We would like to thank those residents for joining up and thank you for your support.
We have been analysing the contributor revenue statistics over the last few months.  On average we do not get payments from 16 committed payers.  This is either a debit order failure or a promised EFT that was not paid.  If these payments were made each month then our cash flow management would be a lot easier and we would be running at a slight profit.  We do appreciate that times are tough and if anyone is having difficulties then please let us know as we can always come to an arrangement regards the payment.
The sub Committee to address revenue issues has met and the discussion and ideas generated by this Committee were very constructive and we are looking forward to some positive results in the near future.
