As we do every year, we will be holding a residents information/feedback meeting on Tuesday 17th September at 7:00 pm in the Edenglen Primary School auditorium.  We will be presenting/discussing the current and future state of the Closure.
The meeting is for anyone who currently resides in the Edenglen South Closure area.  This is the area bounded by Palliser, Baker, Harris and Erasmus roads.
In order for the Committee to ensure that we have an adequate sized room for the meeting residents must inform us if they will be attending.  If you wish to attend this meeting please reply to this email with your name and street address.
Please note that if you have not registered you will not be allowed to enter the meeting venue.
If you have any questions/suggestions you would like the Committee to present on or discuss during the meeting please let us know before the 10th September.  This will give the Committee an opportunity to prepare the best possible response.

Remember to always maintain a high level of awareness, especially when you are leaving or entering your home/driveway.  Please tell your family and domestic workers to also be on the lookout.  Report all suspicious behaviour to Mamba control room (tel number below) and warn the residents using the Mamba Whatsapp Security Group and/or @ESRCAlert.
